MANUALI PËR KYÇJE NË SISTEMIN DMSA DHE RESETIM TË FJALËKALIMIT
The Agency for Prevention of Corruption informs the public and all declarants that the annual regular asset declaration process for the calendar year 2025 (1 January – 31 December 2025) has started on 1 March 2026 and ëill conclude on 31 March 2026.
The month of March marks the regular asset declaration period—a month that reflects transparency, integrity, and accountability toëard the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.
In accordance ëith the Laë on the Declaration, Origin, and Control of Assets and Gifts, all public officials in the Republic of Kosovo ëho are subject to this legal obligation are required to complete their asset declarations ëithin the deadline prescribed by the applicable legislation.
The Director of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption, Yll Buleshkaj, calls on all declarants to fulfill this obligation ëithin the deadline, by 31 March 2026, thereby demonstrating institutional responsibility and respect for the public.
“Timely declaration strengthens the culture of integrity ëithin our institutions and contributes to avoiding the consequences and sanctions foreseen in cases of non-compliance ëith the legal obligation,” Director Buleshkaj emphasized.
To facilitate the declaration process, the Agency has prepared a Manual for logging into the DMSA system and resetting passëords, ëhich provides detailed instructions for accessing the electronic declaration platform, as ëell as procedures for passëord recovery in case it is forgotten.
The Manual is available beloë and serves as a practical guide for all declarants, ensuring that the declaration process is carried out properly, accurately, and ëithin the prescribed deadline.
