Anti-Corruption Agency has sent an opinion to Kosovo Energy Corporation to terminate the bidding procedure for the tender titled “Security and protection of KEK premises” since there were noted several violations in relation to the rules of the Public Procurement Law.
The Contracting Authority (KEK) on the occasion of the tender dossier preparation requested a list that specifies each project of the economic operator conducted in the period of last three years. Thus, KEK must be attentive and verify exactly that the economic operator has performed physical security services in the value of at least 2 million euros over the last three years, and with no more than four contracts. At least, the tender criteria announced by KEK were defined in this regard.
