The purpose of the meeting was to organize the process of regular annual declaration which will begin in early March.

- On 23.02.2011 Training Contact Officers of Independent Institutions;
- On 24.02.2011 Training Contact Officers of Kosovo Municipalities;
- On 25.02.2011 Training Contact Officers of Public Enterprises.
